THE HOUSING GRANT HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL AUGUST 2013!!
What’s happening in Moundridge? Well, many community leaders in Moundridge would like to see the City grow. The City has great schools, great job opportunities, and wonderful people providing an ideal place for people to live. We want to share the experience with others. City leaders feel so strongly about this, that they have enacted a grant program which they believe to be unprecedented in the State. The City of Moundrige will grant six thousand dollars to any person completing a new residence on any vacant lot in the City prior to August 1, 2014. Yes, that’s six thousand dollars CA$H. If someone builds a $120,000 home this grant is equal to 5% of the purchase price. Quite a discount. We would like you to explore the possibility of making Moundridge your new home. Come and look around. Stop by the City offices and we’ll answer your questions. We’ll even show you around if you like. You deserve to live in a place like Moundridge, let us help you make it happen.
