The U.S. Department of Labor has resources to help workers and employers prepare for the COVID-19 virus, including the effects on wages and hours worked under the Fair Labor Standards Act and job-protected leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Small Business Administration (SBA)

The SBA offers an Economic Injury Disaster loan. Residents of Kansas are not yet eligible to receive this loan, but will be soon.
