Moundridge Resident Provides Expertise In New Technologies for Business

In today’s world of record low unemployment numbers combined with a growing demand for productivity, robotics is becoming more commonplace in the workforce. Whether it’s computer aided tools for manufacturing, robotics that assist with sorting materials or movement of products in a warehouse or a satellite guided GPS system to operate a tractor, a truck or even a lawnmower technology is driving business.
Robotics are being developed to augment our workforce and it’s becoming more important to embrace the technology to keep pace within your business and industry.
Dr. Rondell Burge, was raised in Moundridge, Kansas. He has a PhD in Human Factors Psychology, with a focus on designing products, along with nearly a decade of experience in human centered consulting, self-driving machines, interface design, and advanced analysis of human behavior and how that ultimately impacts the product development.
Burge is currently employed with General Motors but he is bringing his knowledge and experience home to Moundridge. He is reaching out to help Kansas companies tap into new technologies. He is the founder and CEO of Human First Research Group where he plans to unleash the importance of "Human First" and how it affects the people and products we serve.
