How does the auto-call system work?
We will attempt contact through the phone number we have on file for you. It is up to you to make sure we have good contact information. It is also important to note that the phone call you are receiving is a recorded message and the system will call you until you listen to the complete message. If you ignore the phone call, you will receive another one every 30 minutes. We typically start the phone calls at 10 a.m. and they will continue calling until 8 p.m. If the system notifies us that the number we are calling is not a working number you will get a tag with a note to call or stop by the office to update your contact information.
