The funds will be directed to preserve and improve pavement, and turn lanes, and modify intersections along essential roadways in both rural and urban areas throughout the state.

The grants are administered through the Kansas Department of Transportations City Connecting Link Improvement Program (CCLIP).

The City of Moundridge is one of the cities receiving CCLIP funding. We will receive $800,000 for pavement replacement on K-260 from the intersection of Cole & Christian, then east one block.

The state funding will become available for the project starting in the summer of 2024. Engineering and planning work will begin soon.
